The Career Opportunities Talk, organized by the College of Economists of the Balearic Islands in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIB, took place on October 30, 2024, with the aim of guiding students in their professional development and facilitating their transition into the job market.

During the event, the VIII edition of the CEIB Awards for UIB University Talent in Economics and Business was also held, recognizing the best Bachelor's Theses (TFG) from the 2023-24 academic year, highlighting the excellence and effort of the awarded students.

The event was specifically aimed at university students from the degrees in Economics and in Business Administration and Management, as well as the double degrees in Business Administration and Law, Business Administration and Tourism, and Economics and Tourism.

Moreover, the event featured the participation of renowned economists who selflessly shared their professional experiences and their vision of the present and future of the profession.
